What can hotels do during the phased de-escalation?
- Phase 0: Only those marked as essential services can open
- Phase 1: Hotels can open but their common areas would remain closed
- Phase 2: They can open with a capacity of up to 1/3 in common areas
- Phase 3: They can open with a capacity of up to 50% in common areas
Hotel catering areas will follow the rules for restaurants.
